At One Divine Consciousness, we stand behind the quality of our work. All sales are final, non-transferable and non-refundable. All sessions must be scheduled within 90 days of purchase, or they are forfeit. If you need to reschedule please email with at least 24 hours notice so that you do not forfeit your session. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you forfeit the session. Time will not be added to your session if you are late. It will end regularly as scheduled per time slot. By participating in and reading my Spiritual Coaching Services at One Divine Consciousness, you acknowledge that I am not a Licensed Psychologist or Health Care Professional and my services do not replace the care of Psychologists or other Health Care Professionals. Spiritual Coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as Psychological Counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.
Your participation waives liability of One Divine Consciousness, Sephalika Nayak, and affiliates. If you feel you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are feeling suicidal, please immediately contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.
Cancel subscription or recurring payments at any time. We reserve the right to remove any client for any reason. If we choose to end our relationship, we will refund the remainder of unused classes but PayPal will keep its fees and we will not reimburse for fees.
Neither One Divine Consciousness, its principals or affiliates, nor its contributors shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information described and/or contained herein and assumes no responsibility for anyone’s use of the information, including any decisions in any way that stems from the failure to take appropriate medical and or psychiatric/counseling assistance.
In no event shall One Divine Consciousness, affiliates or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: failure to seek appropriate medical and or psychiatric assistance, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, data, or profits; or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, tort (including negligence or otherwise), or any other theory arising in any way out of the use of this system, even if advised of the possibility of such damage. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury, whether based on alleged breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or any other cause of action, including but not limited to damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, and/or theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record.
These rules are in place for the benefit of all clients so hatred may take no footholds in our sacred space.
By signing up, each client agrees to respect the confidentiality and privacy of the other clients. Every client agrees not to engage in what might be construed as libel, slander, defamation, abuse, attack, bullying, or hatred of any kind against any client or affiliate of One Divine Consciousness or their affiliates in perpetuity.
Absolutely no recording of any kind, whether video, audio or other may take place in the classes or sessions.
